Cosplay meet

Sat Mar 21, 2009, 1:00 PM
Okay. So, I met some other cosplayers at Colchester Library for the manga book club. Which is awesome and anyone from colchester should go to.

I was dressed as Holmes and so many people recognised me, the number of responses I got was incredible. Plus the cane was smex :arrogant:

We went to Castle park, after some traditional Victorian fare[KFC!(there's dead babies in it)] and sat about for a while.

We then walked about a bit more, waited for ever on ~Obersturmfuhrer while she got trousers...Or didn't. Then went and looked at Lara Croft's unnatural boobs. They were enormous, but she wouldn't respond to my questions, which was a shame.

Then ~Luna-Higeki caught the bus and the remaining two of us went in search of pocky.

Instead we found ramen in many flavours, none normal. There was no chicken flavour! But there was odd bean paste and rice...lumps.

Then we looked at drinks and frozen stuff. I found rice balls! The best things /ever/!

We looked at the dried fish and bean curd, and then bought drinks for the sake of it. Or rather, ~Kairiofthedark bought a drink, I bought what tasted like incense. We went and bought doughnuts and 27p chocolate[hellz yeah!] and sat in castle park on the upper part of the rolling hill. Ate some stuff and watched a man act like Sweeney Todd while playing with his son[I noes, scary...]. Ranted about 4chan for a bit among other stuff.
Then we saw a boy trying to do flying football kicks and basically just falling on his butt and back and missing the ball. We shouldn't have laughed, but it was too funny.

Then we left castle park and after being insulted by some douchebags the Mystery of the Debenhams Loos began. They were shut. So we walked for a bit, parted and I made my way home where I ate cookies and typed this.

Just popping by to say hi again, and to mention you're actually quite a good artist and your Gaaraa cosplay is epic.

^_^

Before you criticise somebody, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you DO criticise them, you're a mile away, and you've got their shoes!
I got Asperger's, and I'm proud of it!

-I came, I saw, I commented!-
/That/ is a matter of opinion. I personally thought it was a bit crap. The gourd fell off my back half-way through the con.

Nuuuu!
Forget the gourd, then - apart from that, it looks great! ...I must cosplay Gaara some time. =D My shortness might actually look -good- with that.
